1. What VoCard is

VoCard is a digital card service: you create a page with your photos, videos, lists and a voice greeting, and share it through a unique link and QR code. Visitors view your card and can ask questions to the voice assistant on it.

2. Information we collect

  • Account — your email address and name when you sign up (including via Google).
  • Card content — the text, photos, videos and voice greeting you upload to your card.
  • Usage — the number of visits to your card and basic device/browser information needed to serve the page.
  • Voice questions — audio you send to the voice assistant while asking questions on a card. Audio is processed in real time to generate a spoken answer and is not stored as recordings by VoCard.
  • Payments — handled by Stripe. We do not store your card number; Stripe stores billing details under their privacy policy.

3. How we use information

We use your information to operate the service: to host your card, display it to visitors, count visits, provide the voice assistant, process subscriptions, and improve reliability. Voice processing is performed by Alibaba Cloud (Qwen) through our relay; the audio is used only to generate the assistant reply.

4. Sharing

Your published card is public by design — anyone with the link or QR code can view it. We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the processors needed to run the service (hosting, voice processing, payments) and where required by law.

5. Retention & your rights

You can delete your cards at any time from the dashboard. If you delete your account, your cards and content are removed. You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at support@vocard.com.
