How to Create a Digital Business Card in 10 Minutes

You do not need a designer or a developer. A good digital business card takes a clear photo (or logo), a short bio, a few work samples, and a way for people to reach you — plus a QR you can print or share.

1. Sign up and name your card

Create a free VoxaCard account. Pick a slug people can type if needed, but plan to share the QR most of the time. Add your display name and, if relevant, a business name.

2. Add proof, not fluff

Upload projects, products, or services with short descriptions. Prices only if you want them public. The Talk agent will use this content — empty cards make empty answers.

3. Publish and print the QR

Set sharing to public if you want Google to index the card, or unlisted/private for link-only access. Download the card faces, print, and test a scan on your phone before an event.

4. Turn on Talk

Open your card with the talk link or the floating Talk control. Practice once: ask what you sell and whether you are available. Fix any missing facts on the card itself.

5. Share with intent

Put the QR on paper cards, proposals, packaging, and your email signature. Every surface becomes a doorway to the same living page.
